I had brought my car in for a diagnostic test with my check engine light after my car was at a dealership for 5 days with no answer. It was very quick and friendly. They ran the test but realized my battery terminals were loose and tightened them. They reset the lights and they did not come back on, they took it for a test drive and the lights still did not come on. They were able to fix my issue within 5 minutes when the dealership service department couldn’t do it in 5 days.
